The product itself is really good and I’m satisfied with the quality. However, I received it with the lid broken/damaged, which was disappointing. Please make sure the packaging is secure enough to prevent this kind of damage during delivery. Overall, the product is good, but the damaged lid needs improvement.

I ordered the Mandelic Acid Serum, Mandelic Acid Face Wash, Face Mist, and Dermive Oil-Free Fragrance\-Free Moisturizer. And, MashaAllah and Alhamdulillah, these products have completely transformed my skin texture! They helped control my acne, oiliness, and hyperpigmentation, and I can genuinely see such a huge difference in my skin. I also received a few gifts with my order, which was such a lovely gesture. ❤️ And I humbly request Jenpharm to please, please, PLEASE launch the Matcha Foaming Cleanser in a bigger sizeeee! 😭❤️ That product is literally worth every penny, and I would absolutely love to have it in a larger size!

I've been using the Dermive Oil Free Moisturizer for a while, and honestly, I'm impressed. It's lightweight, non-greasy, and keeps my skin hydrated without making it oily. It absorbs quickly and feels comfortable for everyday use. If you have normal to oily skin, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.
