Why did MandelAC Cream cause breakouts on my oily skin?

The formula has no clear high-risk pore-clogging ingredient, but its rich cream base may feel heavy on very oily or congestion-prone skin. For oily/acne prone skin, introduce MandelAC Serum with Dermive Oil Free Moisturizer.

Why does the quantity feel limited?

MandelAC Cream is a concentrated 10% mandelic acid treatment, so only a thin layer is needed per application.

Why did the cream develop an unusual smell after one week?

Heat, sunlight, or leaving the cap open may affect its natural scent. Store it tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Discontinue if the smell, colour, or texture changes significantly and inform our support team.

Can MandelAC Cream cause burning?

Mild tingling may occur initially due to mandelic acid. Persistent burning indicates irritation, so reduce frequency and support the skin barrier with moisturizer.

Can MandelAC Cream cause peeling or dryness?

Temporary dryness or mild peeling may occur if it is overused. Begin on alternate nights and follow with a suitable moisturizer.

Can I use it with Vitamin C or Retinol?

Yes, but use them in separate routines or on alternate nights to avoid excessive irritation.

Why does it not remove dark circles?

MandelAC Cream is formulated for facial dark spots, acne marks, and uneven texture, not the delicate under-eye area.

Does it treat comedones, whiteheads, and blackheads?

Yes, mandelic acid can help reduce surface buildup and congestion. For oily skin with persistent blackheads, Mandelac serum and Clarevo Salicylic Acid Facewash may be more targeted.
