- Processing Time: If your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
- Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it but you may return the products for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
- Refunds: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
