Cancellation Policy

At Jenpharm, we understand that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your order. Our order cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Requesting Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Processing Time: If your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • Shipped Orders: If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it but you may return the products for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
  • Refunds: Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
